Trial Attorney

Our office is currently seeking a full-time LITIGATION ATTORNEY with 5-8 years of experience. We practice exclusively in the personal injury area. Applicants must:

• Have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Nevada State Bar and be in good standing.
• You must work well individually and as part of a legal team.
• Prior personal injury experience is required.
• Must be highly proficient in handling cases from pre-lit through trial including case work up, research, analysis, discovery, motions, taking depositions, oral argument, hearing attendance, and negotiating settlements, etc.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• Motivated, self-starters need only apply.

Salary: $97,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
