Yvonne Hua, Esq.

Attorney Yvonne Hua is a licensed Florida attorney in good standing and an honorably discharged United States Army Veteran after eight and half years of service. She is first-generation Chinese-American and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Yvonne’s work ethic and perception of life is shaped by the knowledge and teachings of her parents. Yvonne’s parents suffered through many hardships after immigrating to the United States as refugees of the Sino-Vietnamese War (sponsored by the Orderly Departure Program of 1984). They have taught Yvonne that all dreams can be realized through determination, diligence and compassion. Yvonne was born in Los Angeles, California in 1988; two years after her parents became naturalized American citizens in 1990. Yvonne joined the United States Army at the age of 17 and turned 18 while in Basic Combat Training the summer of 2006.

Yvonne pursued her Bachelor of Science at Florida Southern College under a full four-year Army ROTC Scholarship (worth $130,000.00) to become an Officer in the United States Army and was awarded her degree in 2010. Yvonne immediately went on to earn her next degree from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Florida and received her Juris Doctor in May 2013. Yvonne passed the Florida Bar in July 2013 and took her Oath of Attorney in September 2013. Yvonne was immediately hired by a prominent Pharmaceutical Mass Torts Law Firm in Orlando, Florida in September 2013 where she worked as an Associate Attorney for three and a half years before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. Yvonne currently works at Nguyen & Associates, LLC as a Case Manager and Assistant Office Manager.

Dwight Andre Suggs II

Dwight Suggs has lived in Las Vegas since 1993 and has over 18 years of experience in the field of Personal Injury. While attending Las Vegas High School, he worked part-time at the Law Offices of Jan Paul Koch and remained with him for over 10 years.

In 2005, Dwight began a new career path at Allstate Insurance Company. Working in the insurance industry for many years he has obtained extensive knowledge with how bodily injury claims are adjusted from the defense standpoint, and how property damage claims are resolved. Dwight is an exceptional educator and is often explaining claims from start to finish, all while informing clients along the way. He is adept at explaining repair assignments, drive-thru inspections, total loss processes, pro-rata distributions as well as subrogation processes. He is well-versed in helping our clients understand his or her insurance policies and explaining how the selected coverages affect the outcome of motor vehicle accidents.

Dwight is passionate about his work and is committed to educating clients on the claims processes, procedures and protocols from the start-to-finish. He has been maintaining an extremely high success rate at claim resolution.

Melissa Janet Hansberry

Melissa J. Hansberry is a native New Yorker from the city of Brooklyn. She has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1999. Melissa is a mom to a beautiful first grader. The most important thing in her life is her family and she loves being close to them. Melissa enjoys trips to the beach as often as she can and also loves to go camping with her family.

Prior to working at Nguyen & Associates, LLC, Melissa was a participant in beauty pageants such as Miss NYC Plus and also walked many plus size runway shows in Manhattan, New York which led her to obtaining a license in cosmetology. Melissa manages a local 24 hour mobile spray tan company called Classic Mobile Airbrush Tanning on her off hours.

Melissa heads the Medical Payments Department. She also works as the legal assistant to Ms. Yvonne Hua, Esq.

Jenaisy Alfonso

Jenaisy Alfonso was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is Cuban and Dominican and speaks fluent Spanish. Jenaisy graduated from Durango High School in 2015 with an Honors Diploma and Millennium Scholarship. In high school, she excelled in various advanced placement courses and was also involved in sports. She is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada and on track to obtain her Associate’s in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Science. After graduating from the College of Southern Nevada, she plans to attend the University of Las Vegas, Nevada to obtain her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. Jenaisy is on track to graduate from the College of Southern Nevada with her Associate’s in Criminal Justice in 2017 and attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She strives to be a Litigation Attorney.

Prior to working at Nguyen & Associates, LLC, Jenaisy took part in many extracurricular activities. At age 3, she started acting, modeling, and competitive dancing. At age 9, she also began performing in theatre productions with Rainbow Company Youth Theatre. She managed to take part in all these activities until high school, where she made the basketball, volleyball, and softball teams. Today, Jenaisy actively models and travels on her spare time away from work. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending church.
